Between Alvarado and Cleburne lies the diamond of Johnson County: Keene ISD. With about 1100 students enrolled, Keene ISD has a unique opportunity to offer the experiences of a big-city school without the limitations many big districts come with. Students in Keene have the opportunity to pursue multiple sports, advanced academics, dual-credit, career, and technology-centered courses, as well as hands-on experience in fields like digital media, public relations, and sports reporting.
Keene has something for everyone. Students receive one-on-one assistance and small classes, while teachers are able to create dynamic and interesting lessons, ensuring student success at every step.
From one-to-one Apple device integration to an award-winning robotics, choir, and theatre programs, Keene ISD is committed to meeting the needs of our students, staff, and parents.
